Talli - Fortnite Fan-Made Character Based on an Actual Fortnite Design

This design comes from another unreleased Epic Games/Fortnite item called "Tied Up in Trouble" - a spray that hasn't released at all since it's debut in the files of Fortnite a few months back. This spray has a character on it that never made it to the game, and with no prior knowledge on whether this would or not - I decided to come up with my own variant of this character called "Talli", the Troublemaker.
